Architect: Jørn Utzon and Ib Møgelvang (design proposals) Henry Andersson (building permits)
Built in: 1957-58
Client: Bostadsstiftelsen Sparkronan
The starting point for the neighborhood, Planetstaden in Lund, was a competition called "Scanian house types" organized by the bank, Skånska Sparbanksföreningen, in 1953. The winner became Ib Møgelvang and Jørn Utzon with their proposal "Privacy" consisting of 1-storey terraced houses in three different sizes, 87, 97 and 110 m² divided into 3-4 bedrooms with a plot area of approx 750 m².
These Terraced houses in Planetstaden, also known as the Berlin Wall, is today classified as historically significant by the municipality of Lund and it is decided that all changes must be done with great care.
Who completed the drawings is unclear, but Henry Andersson, architect from Helsingborg, stands for the building permit drawings. Planetstaden in Lund, Kingohusen in Helsingør and areas in Fredensborg and Bjuv all appear to be adaptations of the same project.
